ProComm® is a full service Telephone Answering and Paging Service focused on quality customer care. We are staffed 24 hours per day, 7 days a week to meet your after-hours and overflow telephone answering needs. Your calls can be routed directly to a live operator, or you may use our customizable greeting, prescreen, auto announce or voicemail system.
Operators are the key to a great telemessaging service. Almost every caller needs something or is in a crisis situation. Training the operator to understand this need or crisis and to respond accordingly is our ongoing commitment. Our goal is to treat your callers as you would: with respect.
You can receive reports of your recent messages via e-mail or fax. We can send a report to you at anytime of day, reflecting delivered messages, undelivered messages, or both!
On screen information puts your company info right at the operators fingertips. Such information as directions, address, phone and fax numbers, on call info, refer-to info, screening criteria and more!
You may choose to have your after hours callers hear a “pre-screening” announcement. This announcement may contain information such as your normal business hours, the types of calls you can handle after hours, etc. Your callers may simply press a button or stay on the line and one of our friendly operators will assist them.
We use a sophisticated computer system to receive, process, and deliver your messages. We are automatically reminded when to resend a message within a prescribed timeframe if your on-call personnel doesn't respond.
We will assign you a toll free number to forward your phones. You never have to incur long-distance charges!
We maintain your on-call schedule. You simply provide us a copy of the schedule, and we load it into our system. It can be changed at any time with a simple phone call.
We are always here to take your calls. Always. Our office never closes, and our operators are always available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. Weekends, holidays, during inclement weather — we’re always there for you!
